These conditions supersede all prior representations or arrangements, and contain the entire agreement between the parties in connection with the products. All other terms and conditions express or implied, are excluded. Nothing in these conditions shall restrict the statutory rights of a Buyer who deals as a consumer.

The prices payable for the goods shall be those charged by us at the time of despatch so that we shall have the right at any time to revise quoted prices to take account of increases in costs including (without limitation) costs of acquisition of materials and of carriage.

Payment Terms Retail

1. The seller requires a deposit as stated on the quotation before the kayak/s are placed into production and full settlement of the invoice upon collection.
2. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange collection. We can ship for free anywhere within the Heraklion city or via ferry to Pireaus.

Delivery

1. Delivery or despatch dates quoted or requested are given or accepted by the seller in good faith but are not guaranteed.
2. Delivery shall be the responsibility of the buyer; all goods are ex works unless otherwise specified on the sellers order confirmation.
3. The buyer shall accept manufacturing tolerances accepted in the trade and weights or quantities varying by not more than 10% from the contract weight.

Credit Claims

1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect the goods immediately after they are delivered. Credit claims will only be recognised if made in the first instance by phone within 7 days of receipt, and also in writing within 14 days of delivery. Claims outside this period will be at the absolute discretion of the seller and its decision final and binding on the buyer.

Cancellation and Return of Goods

1. In the event the buyer elects to return or cancel goods on order, the buyer has no entitlement to return goods without first obtaining the express authorisation from the seller.
2. No goods may be returned after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of delivery.
3. No goods which have been specifically ordered or manufactured can be returned unless faulty and no order can be changed once production has commenced.
4. If goods are to be returned, then the following additional provisions apply: Goods must be re-sellable, a handling charge will be made and an invoice or other proof of purchase acceptable to us must be produced at the time of return.

Warranty

1. Items that are declared warranty issues cannot be returned after the expiration of twelve months from the date of purchase.
2. Any defects considered to be the fault of the manufacturer are entitled to full warranty within the time frame stated. Claims are to be submitted to the owner of 3kymia Sea Kayaks Stelios at his email [email protected]. Photo evidence is required where possible. Particularly in the event of a 3kymia representative being unable to physically inspect the goods in question.
3. This warranty excludes those components supplied by other suppliers (Kajaksport), damage caused by neglect or misuse.
4. Note no warranty work will be completed whilst ever the buyers account is in default of the agreed trading terms.

Shipping Insurance

No Insurance is provided by the seller. The buyer acknowledges that insurance of all goods are the responsibility of the buyer at the point where the goods leave the warehouse.
